What breeds does the ProGroom™ brush work on?
The ProGroom™ Deshedding Brush works on all dog and cat breeds — short coat, medium coat, and long coat. It's especially effective on heavy shedders like Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Labradors, Huskies, Maine Coons, and Persians.
Is it safe for my pet's skin?
Yes. The rounded stainless steel pins are designed to glide through the coat without scratching the skin. Professional groomers use this tool daily precisely because it's gentle enough for sensitive pets while still being highly effective.
How often should I use it?
For best results, use 2–3 times per week during shedding season, and once a week for maintenance. Most pet owners notice a significant reduction in loose fur within the first session.
How does the self-cleaning button work?
Simply press the button on the handle and the pins retract, releasing all collected fur in one click. No pulling fur out by hand, no mess. Takes 2 seconds between brushing sessions.
What colour options are available?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email us immediately at globalshipaussie@gmail.com with your order number. After 12 hours, orders may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all Australian orders, no minimum spend required.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 6–12 business days from order date, depending on your location. Metro areas are generally faster. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, PawMate ships to Australia only. We're working on expanding to New Zealand and the UK — stay tuned.
Returns & Refunds
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us at globalshipaussie@gmail.com and we'll arrange a full refund. No questions asked.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge to you.
